Are You Confusing Your Brain?

Going Both Ways at the Same Time?

Our biggest mistake in life is to give our mind and body mixed signals. And we do this kind of behavior all the time and don’t even realize were doing it. Just stop and think a moment and reflect on how many times you have changed your mind about things in your life. I’m sure if you give it some thought you’d find this to be true most of the time.

Your Brains Number One Priority is to Protect Itself

And what this does is confuse our mind and then the mind protects himself because its not sure what your going to do next. The mind is a wonderful instrument and would love to serve you needs in the best way it can. But its number one priority in life is to protect itself and it will do that to the harm of your own well being both physically and emotionally.

On and Off All the Time

So are you constantly changing your directions in life? Are you on a diet every week and then on the weekend eat everything in sight. Well don’t feel bad because I’ve been there to and its know wonder the body doesn’t know whats going on and saves fat for all the times your shutting down the grub line.

Stop & Start

And what about drinking alcohol for a while and then stop thinking your never going to drink again. I have and I’m really serious about it. I have often wondered what makes us so strong one week and so weak the next week. But its what we do and I cant begin to understand how our mind manages to deal with the confusion we impose on it.

Just Be Yourself

But here’s the solution figure out who you are and then be true to yourself and follow the path of living that works for you. I mean take all the time you need to establish who you are and how you want to live your life; then write down on a piece of paper who you are and how you want to live your life and then follow your plan by reading your plan everyday. This will give you mind rest and defuse it by not giving it mixed signals anymore.

Become who you want to be and then just live your life one day at a time. Your mind will love being you.
