Keep Your Baggage to a Bare Minimum

Don't Let Your Baggage Ruin Your Life

From the time were born till the time life leaves our body we humans collect bad experiences that happen in our life. And this baggage will totally consume our life if you don’t take evasive action and prevent that from happening. Some through the luck of the toss have an internal understanding that lets them process the information immediately and then they just let the experience along with the bad feelings to just fade away and know longer will that baggage bother them.

Finding a Method is Vital

But the rest of us are not so fortunate and must find another way to deal with our baggage. In an ideal world we would understand what happened and then just say to ourselves feelings stop bothering me. But alas this approach is not likely to have much success. So we must through our own experiences and that of others develop a way of to lower the pain of these bad experiences.

Two Excellent Choices

I offer the following two choices for your consideration. I have many more choices but these at least from my perspective offer the best choice of success.

--One seek help from your religious belief

--Use logic and repetitive behavior to change the bad feelings that are hurting you. Here’s the logic I wasn’t asked if I wanted to be born, so consequently I’m not responsible for what happened in my life. I know this is a reach in thinking but it works for me and that’s what really matters. So when something from my past bothers me I just say it’s not my fault because I didn’t give my permission for me to be born.

Pick One or Find You Own or Pay the Price for Doing Nothing

Unless your one of the lucky ones you will need to acquire a method of dealing with your bad experiences. Failing to take this evasive action will leave your life open to harm for the rest of your life.

My Hope for You

I hope you find your way and spend the rest of your life basking in the sun light of happiness. Live long and be happy.
