A Magic Picture for Me

I Only See & No Thoughts Find Me

The magic lies in the fact that no thought is possible while I’m viewing it. This at least to me means I’m in neutral and no thoughts are invading my thinking while I’m viewing it. During this viewing process I can speak openly to myself without having to deal with thoughts that are harmful to me. I have no clue why this particular picture mesmerizes me and leaves me feeling well while I’m watching it. All I know is it makes me feel good and good works well for me. For probably the better part of my life I have struggled to find peace and wellness in the dark corners of my mind. So when I chose to buy this picture it proved to be one of the smartest purchases that I have ever made in my life.

Cheap Picture

The cost of the picture was less then seven dollars and at the time even I was puzzle why I purchased it. I hung it in my bedroom and like having it there. Then one night while trying to find the comfort of sleep I just looked at it and soon sleep found me. I woke up the next morning laying at the bottom of the bed which is were I was while watching the picture and my bedroom light was still on.

I Look & Talk To Myself

In time I started sitting at the end of the bed and just looked at the picture and then out of the blue I realize what it did for me, no thoughts were in my thinking while I viewed it. Then like a bold of lightning I realized the true value of this picture. It shoved all the stuff out of my thinking and allowed me the opportunity to share thoughts with myself without having the influence of all this other stuff in my head that’s bothering me. That’s when I learned the value of a picture. So may I suggest you find a picture that works for you and use that picture to find and promote wellness in your life. When you do you will find the best way to talk to yourself while finding the peace of only listening to yourself while you do it.

But remember the picture will only work when all the thoughts you have are dormant and only you are talking to yourself. You like me will marvel and wonder why the picture works for you. But stop wondering why and just use the picture to promote talking wellness to yourself. And also it will give you peace to find the wellness of your sleep. And then you will find peace in knowing that your wellness is only a picture away from you anytime you need it.
