Take Out the Trash
Are things bothering you? Maybe trying what I do will help you find your wellness everyday. The mind is like the trash bag we don’t like taking out every week. But taking out the trash empties the container, which means we can fill again.
Numerous Times Daily
That’s what I do with the daily stuff I acquire. I spent a small amount of my time every day emptying the trash container. And I accomplish this by using my cell phone alarm feature to contact myself and that’s when I just take a minute or two and drink a full glass of water and clear my mind by focusing my vision on something that doesn’t represent anything to me. Like a crack in the wall or a pencil sitting on my desk for example.
More Water Daily
No this isn't new but adding the water feature with it is and boy what a difference it makes in my life. I have discovered what learned people have known for a long time and that is humans don’t consume enough water. Sure we drink enough liquid but seldom is water by itself the thing we drink.
Water Goes Directly to Work for You
Why water? Well for one thing water goes directly to work in our body and doesn’t need to be processed like other drinks do. So the body can use it right away and that greatly improves the functioning of the body. And one of the side benefits of water is that it makes us feel better and whats better then feeling better? So drink more water and empty the trash container frequently.
